Made via spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel tank. 40% of the wine underwent a few days of skin contact, while the rest was direct pressed. Malolactic fermentations occurred naturally and 40% of the wine is aged in old chestnut big casks. The final wine is unfined and unfiltered.
