Grapes: Falanghina/Fiano Region: Campania, Italy 50/50 Falanghina and Fiano wild fermented separately in steel with a few days of skin contact, then bottled in the spring with some juice that wasn't fermented all the way dry to make the bubbles. Stone fruit and fresh baked bread with easy bubbles and a bone dry finish and a little cidery funk.

Grape: Chardonnay Region: Jura, France Made from 100% Chardonnay and grown on Jura Marls, vinified with native yeast and no added sulfites, helps create and fermented in stainless steel tanks and barriques. The vineyard is located on a very particular soil, rare and local, called “Sables Fauves”, renowned in the Armagnac area for freshness and minerality to the wines. Hand harvest. Destemmed, crushed and with a short skin maceration. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the fine lees for three months. Cold stabilized before bottling.

Grapes: Granacha Blanc Region: Farming: Organic The winemakers have rescued this navarran indigenous grape that almost disappeared, in a village wine from Fitero. Early harvest gives this wine a unique character, few hours of skin contact for a nice color, soft pressing, just free run spontaneous fermentation with wild yeasts, once fermentation finished, the wine was kept with its lees in 1200-liter flextank and in 500-liter barrels for 6 months making the wine bold, rich and wonderful for a nice cheese board.

Grape: Chardonnay Region: Beaujolais, France Farming: Organic A wonderfully aromatic and acidic Chardonnay with an incredible palate that leaves you wanting more! Notes of dry pineapple, bright yellow apples that give it a great mineral finish that makes this great for any kind of food. Paul-Henri Thillardon cultivates a total of twelve hectares of vines, spread over the appellations of Chénas, Moulin-à-Vent and Chiroubles. They work according to the precepts of organic and biodynamic agriculture and are in conversion to full certification.

Grape: Solaris Region: Cotes de Sambre Et Meuse, Belgium While Belgium may make you think of beer, this estate in the Côtes de Sambre et Meuse appellation has been making wine since the 11th century. This dry white is made from Solaris, a local grape resistant to the cooler climate there. Medium-bodied, with racy acidity and stone fruit and citrus aromas, pair this with the classic moules-frites.

Grape: Chardonnay Region: Jura, France After starting from scratch and converted the vineyards to organic, he has been producing some great wines and developed a cult following. Coming from Blue Marl terrior which is suited for Savagnin, which produces a unique taste and aromas, the vinification starts with the cuvée begins with an overnight pellicular maceration before pressing and is later aged in ullaged barrels.

Grape: Chardonnay Region: Jura, France Jean- Michel decided to take over his family vineyard and started from scracth. He began vinifiying each parcel to discover a unique terrior, manly made up of Gray Marl. His priorities are to respect the soil and produce a rich, mineral-driven, and complex wine with a blanced nose that is ripe with cloves and bright yellow apples but with a delicate taste of bright yellow pears & chalky finish.

Grape: Chardonnay Region: Jura, France After years of making wine aborad, Jean-Michell Petite returned home and took over the family Domaine in the early 90’s and began creating a fantastic series of wines from the Jura region. A delightful fushion of lemon zest & green apples with a refined texure that coats the palate. The nose is perfume and lively with yellow apples and wet stones.

Grape: Malagousia Region: Macedonia, Greece Farming: Organic, Biodynamic It has a yellow color, lively in the glass. The nose has moderate aromatic intensity with juicy stone fruit and white flowers taking the lead. White-fleshed peach and fresh citrus fruits, mainly orange. Laterally, a botanical character of thyme is also expressed. In the mouth it has a rich body with nice acidity and the same intensities and aromas as the nose. The aftertaste is medium and fruity.

Grape: Greco Region: Umbria, Italy Farming: Organic Made from 100% Greco grown in the hills and grown on trellises in the Umbrian peasant tradition. The aromas are warm, bursting with ripe melon and citrus fruit and the palate demonstrates a balance of richness and acidity.

Grape: Chenin Blanc Region: Loire Valley, France Farming: Organic A straw golden color, L'Ange Vin L'iris on the palate is complex, deep, very rich, with notes of lemon, orange, tea, flowers, minerals, dry sherry, nuances of honey and a very long finish. The aroma is filled with tones of orange, flowers (acacia), honey and dry sherry.

Grape: Chenin Blanc Region: Loire Valley, France Farming: Organic Chenin Blanc from their oldest vines, which are over ninety years of age. This was pressed straight to barrel and spent eighteen months in élevage, rendering a wine of rare complexity. Reflecting the vintage, this is a little tighter-wound than previous years, displaying pristine fruit and real elegance. A wine of impeccable balance and poise, it should unfurl beautifully as time goes on.

Alice brought grapes back to her winery in the Jura and cultivated a wonderful wine. Balanced with a nice floral finish, spicy aromatics, and a vibrant tropical fruit flavors.

Grape: Vermentino Region: Sonoma, CA Farming: Organic The 2023 Vermentino is lithe and refreshing. Eminently mouth watering it bursts with lemon rind, white florals and salty sea spray. The palate is zippy and crunchy but rounds out with texture and depth. This product is allocated for select customers.

Producer: La Spinetta Moscato d’Asti Bricco Quaglia 2023 Grapes: Moscato Region: Piedmont, Italy Farming: Organic A crips, sparkling, delicately sweet bouquet followed by a remarkably fresh palate featuring brilliant peach and pear flavors. Traditionally a dessert wine but also perfect as an aperitif or as an afternoon Sunday brunch refreshment!

Grapes: Pinot Noir Region: Burgundy, France Medium deep purple, with a discreet but classy nose, this shows positive oak integration along with the refined fruit. The real quality comes in the stylish, long finish. This is very fine indeed, but deliberately not a massively powerful example. Drink 2026-2038

Grapes: Field Bland Region: Dao, Portugal A kitchen sink field blend from 15 to 85 year old vines in Portugal. Medium bodied, round and slightly oaky with notes of black cherry, blackberry, cassis with ripe firm tannins.

Grapes: Pinot Noir Region: Burgundy, France A moderate sloping vineyard in the northern end of Nuits-Saint-George, "Les Murgers" is a mix of mineral soils and limestone rocks. Natural yeast is used for fermentation creating a pure expression of the Pinot Noir grape. Delicate aromas of red berries develop into a full-bodied punch of berries on the palate. Firm tannins develop into a rounded and pleasant finish.

Grapes: Catarrato/Pignatello Region: Sicily, Italy From a co-fermentation of the white Catarratto grape and the red Pignatello grape. This fruity and floral wine has soft tannins and is low in alcohol .The name is a tribute to the winemakers grandfather Brasì, from whom the estate was inherited. Natural fermentation in amphorae for 8/15 days, maceration on the skins and aging in amphorae for 4/6 months. Not filtered.

Grapes: Petite Syrah Region: Napa Valley, California Deep garnet to ruby red. Slightly aged characteristics on the nose with damp leaves, woody and earthy notes. Still with some soft dark fruits and perfumey undertones like plums, roses and boysenberries. Great acidity and well balanced with moderate plus tannins. Medium plus bodied with red cherries and purple flowers throughout and a bit of twigs and iron. Long and lingering finish.

Grapes: Sangiovese Region: Tuscany, Italy From one of the "Grand Crus" of Chianti Classico, this is a classic style Chianti from 40 year old vines and biodynamic farming. A medium bodied, well balanced beauty with notes of cranberry, wild cherry, red plums, anise, spice.
