"Caldera" 2024 Region: Catalonia, France Farming: Ecological Catalonia is home to the Catalan Volcanic Zone, which contains numerous volcanic formations, including calderas. This is a unique collaborative natural wine between French wine producer Laurence Manya Krief (known as Yoyo) and Spanish wine producer Salvador Batlle, the winemaker from Cosmic Vinyaters. The grapes for this wine are from vineyards located in Spanish Catalonia and French Catalonia as an exploration of Catalonian terrain, both mountain and sea. This is a very limited and exclusive medium-light bodied red.
