Region: Roussillon, France Grapes: Grenache Noir, Syrah Farming: Organic & Natural A very refined red, planted due south on the arid slopes of Banyuls. Grenache Noir and Syrah, vinified in a long infusion, without extraction. The nose evokes peony, fresh cherry, and a hint of incense. On the palate, it's fluid, almost airy, but with a sweet and salty substance. Pairs well with red meat, white meat and cheese.
