Grape: Nebbiolo Region: Piedmont, Italy Farming: Organic Starderi is a beautiful vineyard, planted with approximately 50 year old Nebbiolo vines. The yield is quite low and gives an extremely elegant Barbaresco. Olek succeeds very well in making the wine a reflection of that beautiful cru Starderi. Complex, layered, and nuanced. Already terribly good to drink, but will evolve over the years into an even more refined version of itself.
