Region: Jura, France Grapes: Savagnin Farming: Organic & Biodynamic This is made with Savagnin Jaune planted in 1948, in full south exposure in La Combe. Soils of grey marl, with a high content of limestone. Strong notes of yellow apples, lemon accompanied by stone fruits, exotic fruits, with traces of ginger. The palate powerful and intense. At 13% abv, the alcohol is felt but is superbly balanced with its acidity. Full on salty caramel and now stronger sensations of the ginger on the finish.
